About the role

Compensation: $24.00/hour base + Monthly Performance Bonuses Growth: Up to a 2.5% pay raise every 6 months Perks for standout team members: Professional growth opportunities, fun company events, and the chance to earn company-wide bonuses and recognition! Location: On-site in McKinney, TX

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll sit at the center of our customer experience: connecting customers with the right point of contact, answering basic account questions, and managing our Salesforce queues. It it a great launchpad into customer success, technical support, or even account management.

  • Possess polished communication, listening, and presentation skills.
