Planejar e executar atividades de segurança do trabalho com maior autonomia, garantindo a aplicação das normas, promovendo a cultura de prevenção e apoiando tecnicamente as áreas operacionais na mitigação de riscos.

Manter o controle de EPIs e na atualização de registros de segurança.

Atualizar e controlar os indicadores de segurança, sugerindo ações corretivas para desvios identificados.

Registrar as entregas de EPI via sistema

Testar e validar novos EPIs, emitindo parecer técnico quanto a validação.

Implementar as atividades descritas no PGR e laudos, conforme cronograma

Planejar, implementar e acompanhar programas de prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais.

Criar checklists de segurança conforme necessidade de monitoramento

Participa das auditorias internas, assegurando a conformidade legal e normativa.

Realizar inspeções detalhadas em setores da planta, identificando e reportando situações de risco.

Validar condições de uso de equipamentos críticos e recomendar medidas corretivas.

Analisa e valida a documentação necessária dos terceiros para execução dos trabalhos contratados

Realizar reunião de pré tarefa com o terceiro e auditar as atividades em campo, garantindo a segurança do serviço prestado.

Registrar os treinamentos realizados em sistema de saúde e segurança ocupacional, garantindo o correto registro

Conduzir treinamentos e integrações de segurança para novos colaboradores, terceirizados e visitantes.

Promover DDS e campanhas preventivas, reforçando a cultura de segurança entre as equipes.

Controlar os treinamentos obrigatórios por matriz de cargo, reportando as necessidades de reciclagem ou capacitação

Ministrar treinamentos de NRs aplicadas nas áreas, garantindo que todos os profissionais estejam qualificados para as atividades

Apoiar como multiplicador de metodologias modernas de análise de riscos

Conduzir análises técnicas de acidentes utilizando metodologias estruturadas

Emitir a CAT conforme informações levantadas, registrando em sistema (SOC)

Elaborar relatórios técnicos com recomendações de ações corretivas e preventivas.

Apoiar líderes operacionais na implementação de planos de ação de segurança.

Participar de reuniões da CIPA, brigada de emergência e fóruns internos de gestão de riscos.

Apoiar os líderes em projetos que envolvam o tema segurança, criando a cultura de segurança

Apoiar segurança patrimonial no controle de acesso de pessoas, veículos e equipamentos

Apoiar no cumprimento de requisitos ambientais e na otimização do uso de recursos, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade dos processos industriais.

Atuar na mitigação, redução ou eliminação de riscos identificados no ambiente de trabalho.

Cumprir rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança ocupacional e as normas ambientais da empresa.

Participar de DDS e treinamentos da área de atuação

Reportar imediatamente situações de risco ou não conformidade à liderança.

Utilizar adequadamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) em todas as atividades.
