Nosso sucesso é resultado da expertise e sinergia entre nossas empresas: Copabo Indústria e Copabo Infra, que oferecem soluções completas e personalizadas para atender às necessidades dos nossos clientes.Mais do que distribuir produtos, entregamos eficiência, inovação e parceria estratégica para impulsionar resultados.Responsabilidades e atribuições Identificar, avaliar e monitorar riscos ocupacionais, propondo medidas preventivas e corretivas para garantir a saúde e a segurança dos colaboradores.Acompanhar as condições de segurança nos ambientes administrativos e operacionais, assegurando o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) aplicáveis.Apoiar a elaboração, implementação e atualização dos programas e documentos legais de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST), incluindo PGR e demais exigências normativas.Realizar inspeções periódicas nos ambientes de trabalho, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e acompanhando a implementação dos planos de ação.Planejar e ministrar treinamentos, integrações, campanhas e ações de conscientização sobre saúde, segurança e prevenção de acidentes.Investigar acidentes e incidentes de trabalho, identificando causas e propondo ações para evitar recorrências.Gerenciar o fornecimento, controle e utilização de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Coletiva (EPCs), quando aplicável.Apoiar as atividades da CIPA, brigada de emergência e demais iniciativas relacionadas à prevenção e segurança.Acompanhar o cumprimento das obrigações legais de SST, incluindo documentação, registros, eventos do eSocial e atendimento a auditorias e fiscalizações.Orientar e acompanhar prestadores de serviços e terceiros quanto ao cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança.Contribuir para a identificação e prevenção de riscos psicossociais relacionados ao trabalho, em conformidade com a NR-01.Promover a cultura de prevenção, saúde e segurança, atuando em parceria com gestores e colaboradores das diferentes áreas da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações

Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo, com registro ativo no MTE De 3 a 5 anos de experiência na função, de preferência em logística, centros de distribuição, atacado ou indústria Domínio prático das NRs aplicáveis a armazenagem e movimentação de materiais Experiência com PGR, investigação de acidentes e eSocial SST Pacote Office intermediário. Familiaridade com indicadores de SST (taxa de frequência, gravidade, quase-acidentes) é um diferencial CNH categoria B, para deslocamentos eventuais
