About the Role

這個職位隸屬於財務團隊，負責公司日常帳務處理與財務報表相關工作。你將與會計師事務所密切配合，確保帳務正確、申報準時，同時有機會參與集團財報覆核與流程優化專案。

我們不期待你一開始就精通所有事，但期待你細心、願意學習，並能在重複性工作中持續找到改進空間。

The Journey（你將如何成長）

1 個月內：

  • 熟悉公司會計系統與作業流程
  • 開始處理基礎帳務登錄與憑證整理
  • 了解集團架構與各公司的帳務關係

3 個月內：

  • 獨立完成每月帳務整理，與會計師順暢對接
  • 開始協助編制現金流量表
  • 處理政府機關來函與基本稅務申報事項

6 個月內：

  • 參與覆核集團財務報表
  • 協助會計師準備年度審計查帳資料
  • 開始接觸跨國稅務申報的基礎工作
  • 有機會參與流程優化與自動化專案

What We Need

  • 大專以上學歷，會計、財務或商學相關科系
  • 1 年以上會計相關工作經驗（含會計師事務所、記帳士事務所或企業會計）
  • 熟悉基本會計原理與帳務處理邏輯
  • 細心、有耐心，能在重複性工作中維持高準確度
  • 熟悉 Excel 基本操作（VLOOKUP、樞紐分析表等）

Strong Pluses

  • 熟悉 ERP 系統或雲端會計軟體操作經驗
  • 有處理營業稅、營所稅申報經驗
  • 曾參與年度審計或與會計師事務所對接經驗
  • 對流程優化或自動化有興趣
