About the Role

你將加入的團隊

作為「資深法務｜Sr. Legal Counsel」，你將直接參與公司國際化的核心決策。你不只是審合約的人，而是與產品、營運、客服並肩作戰的法律策略夥伴。

你負責的核心事項

  • 跨國法規研究與合規架構設計：主導日本、韓國、美國、歐洲等市場的法規分析，從研究到落地執行一條龍負責
  • 合約策略與談判：獨立處理中英文商務合約的起草、審核、談判，建立可複製的合約範本與流程
  • 外部律師管理：統籌各國外部律師資源，推進執照申請與合規認證
  • 內部政策設計：與跨部門協作，將法規要求轉化為可執行的產品與營運政策
  • 風險預警機制：追蹤各國法規變動，主動提出因應方案，而非被動等待問題發生

The Journey

1 個月內：

- 完成公司現有合約架構與合規狀態的全面盤點

- 熟悉各國市場的法規現況與外部律師網絡

- 參與至少 2-3 個進行中的商務合約談判，了解公司談判風格與底線

3 個月內：

- 獨立主導 1-2 個新市場的法規研究專案，產出可供決策的完整分析報告

- 建立或優化至少一套合約範本，提升審約效率

- 開始主導外部律師的協調工作，推進執照申請進度

6 個月內：

- 成為特定市場（如日本或歐洲）的內部法規專家，能獨立做出合規判斷

- 設計並落地至少一項跨部門的內部政策或流程

- 建立法規變動追蹤機制，讓團隊能提前因應而非被動應對

What We Need

  • 法律相關科系學士或碩士學位
  • 3 年以上企業法務或律師事務所經驗
  • 能獨立起草、審核、談判中英文商務合約
  • 具備跨國法規研究能力，能快速理解不同法域的法律框架
  • 優秀的跨部門溝通能力，能將法律語言轉譯為業務可理解的建議
  • 英文書寫與口說流利，能與外國律師直接溝通

Strong Pluses

  • 中華民國律師資格或其他國家執照
  • 科技業、平台經濟、教育產業法務經驗
  • 熟悉個資保護法規（GDPR、APPI 等）
  • 有處理跨境支付、金流合規相關經驗
  • 有參與企業併購、執照申請專案經驗
