About the Role

你將加入影像企劃團隊，專責經營公司 YouTube 高人氣 IP 的 Instagram 社群。

你的核心任務是透過 IG Reels 與貼文內容，為 IP 創造流量與品牌信任感。從主題發想、腳本撰寫、影片剪輯到上架，你會完整參與內容產出的每一個環節。同時，你也會協助回覆粉絲的課程諮詢，成為 IP 與學生之間的橋樑。

你會與資深影像企劃夥伴密切協作，參與內容策略討論，並根據影片數據進行內容迭代。當你熟悉這套流程後，有機會擴展至其他節目主人的社群經營。

The Journey（你將如何成長）

第 1 個月：

熟悉 IP 的風格調性與粉絲輪廓，學習團隊的內容製作流程，開始獨立產出 Reels 與貼文內容。

第 2-3 個月：

能夠獨立完成從發想到上架的完整流程，開始分析數據並提出內容優化建議，參與更多策略層面的討論。
