About the Role

你會加入財務團隊，負責集團帳務的整理、財務報表的覆核、以及與外部會計師的對接。這個角色的核心任務是確保公司的財務資訊正確、即時、可被信任。

你會從基礎的帳務整理開始，逐步接手現金流量表編製、財報分析、稅務申報協助、審計配合等工作。當你熟悉這些流程後，你會開始有機會參與流程優化、自動化專案，甚至接觸跨國稅務與成本控制議題。

你的工作夥伴包括內部財務團隊、外部會計師事務所、以及需要財務數據支援決策的各部門主管。你不只是「做帳的人」，而是讓公司能夠信任財務數字、根據數字做決策的關鍵角色。

The Journey（你將如何成長）

1 個月內：熟悉基礎，建立信任

- 完成集團帳務結構的全面理解，知道每一間公司的角色與帳務流程

- 獨立完成每月例行帳務整理，能準時、正確地提供資料給會計師

- 熟悉公司使用的會計系統與內部協作工具（Asana / Slack）

3 個月內：獨立執行，開始覆核

- 能獨立處理與會計師的對接，包含問題釐清、資料補充、時程管理

- 開始參與集團現金流量表的編製，理解現金流與損益表的關聯

- 協助處理政府機關來函、配合稅務申報與審計查帳的資料準備

6 個月內：深入分析，參與優化

- 能覆核集團財務報表，發現異常並主動追蹤原因

- 開始參與各國稅務申報的實務操作，理解跨國稅務架構

- 針對現有流程提出改善建議，參與自動化或流程優化專案

- 具備與其他部門溝通財務數據、支援決策的能力

12 個月後：你可能會走向這些方向

- 深入跨國稅務規劃與合規

- 主導財務流程自動化專案

- 成為財務分析的核心角色，支援公司策略決策

What We Need

  • 商科相關背景，或修習過會計相關課程
  • 具備會計或財務相關工作經驗（不限年資，事務所或企業皆可）
  • 熟悉基本會計原則與帳務處理邏輯
  • 細心、有責任感，能在時間壓力下維持工作品質
  • 能以英文處理基本書信往來（部分帳務涉及海外公司）

Strong Pluses

  • 有會計師事務所審計或稅務經驗
  • 接觸過合併報表、現金流量表編製
  • 熟悉 ERP 系統或有使用經驗
  • 對流程優化、自動化有興趣或相關經驗
