About the Role

你將加入客服團隊，從熟悉平台功能與服務流程開始，逐步成長為能獨立處理各類問題、甚至培訓新夥伴的核心成員。

The Journey（你將如何成長）

1 個月內：

- 全面理解 AmazingTalker 的產品願景與公司目標

- 熟悉客服 SOP、平台各項功能與常見問題處理流程

- 開始透過電郵、線上客服等管道回覆使用者問題

- 編修與優化常見問與答內容

3 個月內：

- 能獨立處理 80% 以上的客服情境，提升回覆效率與品質

- 主動跨部門溝通，協調問題解決，確保內部合作順暢

- 開始記錄並彙整使用者常見痛點與需求

6 個月內：

- 有效管理客服滿意度指標，持續提升服務品質

- 透過使用者溝通主動收集回饋，提出產品與服務改進建議

- 深入分析問題根因，探索優化假設，實質改善使用者體驗

1 年後：

- 成為團隊中的資深成員，熟悉各類複雜情境的處理方式

- 開始參與新進夥伴培訓，與組長一同設計訓練內容

- 與產品團隊建立穩定協作模式，定期回報客服洞察與改善建議
