這個職位不是傳統經紀公司的「助理」角色。你會從第一個月就開始接觸藝人的藍圖規劃，三個月內參與合作案評估與推進，六個月後實際為藝人創造收入成長。我們要找的是能和藝人並肩作戰的策略夥伴，不是只會排行程的執行者。

About the Role

你在團隊中的定位

執行經紀是 Media Team 中連結藝人與公司資源的關鍵角色。你會直接與藝人合作，同時與內容企劃、商務開發、社群營運等團隊協作，確保每一個曝光機會都能轉化為藝人的長期價值。

你負責的核心事項

  • 日常經紀營運：陪同藝人出席活動與通告、協調行程、處理合作案執行細節
  • 合作案評估與推進：不只是轉達邀約，而是評估每個機會是否符合藝人的發展方向
  • 藝人平台維運：管理藝人的社群帳號、內容發布、粉絲互動策略
  • 人脈經營與關係管理：維繫與廠商、媒體、合作夥伴的關係
  • 發展策略研究：觀察市場趨勢，參與藝人中長期發展規劃的討論

這個職位「不是」什麼？

我們想先說清楚：這不是一個「先做雜事、慢慢熬出頭」的職位。你從第一天就會接觸策略層面的工作，我們期待你帶著思考來做每一件事，而不是只當一個執行的手。

The Journey

1 個月內：建立基礎認知

- 實際與藝人們接觸，了解每個人的個性、風格與發展狀態

- 理解經紀工作的核心價值——我們在創造什麼、為誰創造

- 學習藝人的五年藍圖規劃方法論

- 熟悉部門現有的策略、流程與協作方式

- 了解 AmazingTalker 產品願景與 Media Team 的短中長期目標

3 個月內：獨立承擔任務

- 熟悉日常營運事務，能獨立處理例行工作

- 協助藝人進行現有合作案的執行與溝通

- 參與新合作案的評估會議，學習判斷機會的優先順序

- 開始觀察數據與回饋，提出關於藝人發展方向的假設

- 能管理多項任務的優先順序，專注在創造價值的事情上

6-12 個月內：創造可衡量的成果

- 實際提升藝人的知名度與收入（這會是你的核心 KPI）

- 運用問題解決技巧建立測試路線圖，在不同渠道驗證你的假設

- 把成功的策略記錄下來、系統化，成為團隊的共享知識

- 開始主導特定藝人或專案的發展策略

  • 能配合藝人活動時間，有突發狀況時願意及時處理
  • 良好的溝通協調能力：能與內部團隊、外部廠商、藝人三方順暢溝通
  • 良好的時間管理能力：能同時處理多項任務，快速判斷優先順序
  • 自我驅動：不需要別人盯，能主動發現問題、提出解法
  • 能接受不確定性：娛樂產業變化快，你要能在模糊中找到方向
  • 願意學習新工具與新方法：AI、數據分析、新平台——你不排斥嘗試

Strong Pluses

  • 有藝人經紀、演藝相關產業經驗
  • 熟悉 YouTube、Instagram、TikTok 等平台的運作邏輯與趨勢
  • 有內容產業經驗（媒體、行銷、公關、網紅經濟等）
  • 有專案管理經驗，熟悉 Asana、Notion 等協作工具
