2024 年我們剛完成 HiLink Inc. 的併購，正在打造專屬的視訊體驗——這代表你加入的時機點，正好能參與產品架構重塑的關鍵階段，而不是只維護既有功能。

About the Role

你將加入產品團隊，與產品經理、工程師、行銷、客服緊密協作，負責優化現有功能與設計新功能來達成團隊 OKR。

這個職位的核心任務是：透過設計解決真實的用戶問題。你會需要研究海外市場的使用者需求，挖掘數據中的洞察，提出假設並快速驗證。我們不追求完美的第一版，而是追求「能驗證假設的 MVP」。

作為初級設計師，我們期待你能獨立迭代既有功能或設計新功能，並在驗證成功後將策略複製到新市場或新受眾。

The Journey

1 個月內：

- 了解產品願景和未來方向，參與制定團隊和個人目標

- 理解目前負責的項目、策略、流程與演化脈絡

- 發掘現有流程和架構中需要優化的機會點

3 個月內：

- 透過觀察數據和用戶回饋提出假設，以 MVP 快速驗證並調整策略

- 從假設與驗證過程中確定成功指標，進行分析與優化

- 管理不同項目的優先順序，專注創造價值和達成目標

6 個月內：

- 能獨當一面承擔一個專案，從需求理解到設計落地一條龍完成

- 將實踐過程記錄並系統化，建立可複用的設計策略

- 支援需要發展的領域，甚至參與開拓新商業模式

What We Need

  • 熟悉以使用者為中心的設計方法，能在商業目標與用戶體驗間找到平衡
  • 具備從模糊需求中釐清問題、提出解法並推動落地的能力
  • 能用非設計語言向工程師、PM、行銷團隊清晰傳達設計意圖
  • 對數據驅動的設計方式有基本理解，願意透過數據驗證設計決策

Strong Pluses

  • 有多語言或跨文化產品設計經驗，理解在地化設計的挑戰
  • 有 EdTech 或 Marketplace 平台經驗
  • 積極使用 AI 工具輔助設計流程（如用 Claude/ChatGPT 加速研究、用 AI 生成設計探索方案）
  • 具備基礎數據分析能力，能解讀 GA4、Hotjar 等工具的使用者行為數據
