About the Role

你將加入影像團隊，負責短影音內容的拍攝與剪輯。這些內容會用於社群平台經營與廣告投放，直接影響用戶的轉換行為。

你的工作不只是執行，更是參與內容策略的迭代過程。你會接觸到小紅書、Instagram Reels等平台的內容數據，與團隊一起分析哪些元素讓影片成功，並將這些發現轉化為下一支影片的優化方向。

你會與影像、行銷團隊密切協作，理解廣告素材的製作邏輯，並在學習如何高效產出符合投放需求的內容。

The Journey（你將如何成長）

1 個月內： - 了解 AmazingTalker 的協作方式與公司文化 - 熟悉團隊現有的短影音內容架構與風格指引 - 完成基礎剪輯任務，理解現有素材的設計邏輯 - 參與廣告素材拍攝，了解拍攝流程與注意事項

2 個月內： - 獨立完成短影音的拍攝與剪輯，產出可投放的廣告素材 - 開始接觸內容成效數據，學習解讀觀看率、完播率、轉換率等指標 - 根據數據回饋，提出具體的內容調整建議 - 嘗試針對不同市場（台港澳、韓國、美國）製作差異化內容

3 個月內： - 主動拆解成功與失敗案例，整理出可複製的內容模板 - 提出內容優化假設，參與實驗設計與驗證 - 協助發想適用於不同市場的短影音策略 - 能獨立規劃一支短影音從企劃到上線的完整流程

What We Need

  • 對短影音內容有高度興趣，平時有觀察各平台熱門內容的習慣
  • 具備基礎剪輯能力，熟悉 CapCut / 剪映 / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro 任一工具
  • 能清楚說明一支影片「為什麼有效」，而不只是說「感覺不錯」
  • 面對問題時，會先嘗試拆解原因，而不是直接跳到結論

Strong Pluses

  • 有經營個人社群或短影音帳號的經驗，能提供作品參考
  • 英語 B2 / 日文 N2 / 韓文 TOPIK 4 以上，能理解不同市場的內容風格
  • 有廣告素材製作或投放相關經驗
  • 對小紅書、Instagram Reels 的演算法有自己的觀察與見解
