Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Teams suchen wir weitere Mitreisende wie Dich als Consultant in Vollzeit zur Mitgestaltung der Bankenwelt von morgen. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört:

  • Die Beratung von Banken und Finanzdienstleistern im genossenschaftlichen Sektor, von Sparkassen und Landesbanken sowie Regional- und Spezialbanken
  • Die Analyse und Umsetzung der AMLR-Anforderungen im Bankenumfeld
  • Die Optimierung von KYC-, CDD- und AML-Prozessen
  • Die Durchführung von Gap-Analysen und die Ableitung regulatorisch konformer Maßnahmen
  • Die Abstimmung mit Compliance, Fachbereichen, Management und weiteren Stakeholdern hinsichtlich der regulatorischen Umsetzung in klassischen und agilen Projekten
  • Die schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Mitwirkung bei der Akquise von eigenen Folgeprojekten

So sehen wir Dich

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder IT und besitzt fachliches Know-how hinsichtlich Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance, AML, oder KYC im Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld mit, vor allem mit Fokus auf Customer Due Diligence (CDD), KYC-Reviews und Kundenrisikobewertungen
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der europäischen und nationalen Geldwäschepräventionsvorschriften sowie aktueller regulatorischer Entwicklungen (insb. AMLR, AMLD, GwG)
  • Du beherrscht die Fähigkeit regulatorische Anforderungen in konkrete Fach- und Umsetzungsanforderungen zu übersetzen
  • Neben einer selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise bringst Du Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit für Veränderungen mit
  • Du bist bereit unsere Kunden innerhalb Deutschlands für mindestens drei Tage in der Woche vor Ort zu betreuen
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
