Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Teams, suchen wir weitere Mitreisende wie Dich als Senior Consultant in Vollzeit zur Mitgestaltung der Bankenwelt von morgen. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört:

  • Die Steuerung von Projektteams in der Rolle des (Teil-)Projektleiters
  • Das Planen und Verantworten des Projektvorgehens, der Ziele und des Budgets
  • Das Reporting des Projektfortschritts im Rahmen der Kundenvorgaben
  • Die technische Beratung vor Ort in Kundenprojekten, die Optimierung von Prozessen im Projektumfeld sowie die Leitung von Workshops und Management-Meetings
  • Das Management der Stakeholder und deren Erwartungen bis hin zur ersten Führungsebene
  • Die Zuständigkeit für das Projektteam, seine Performance und Besetzung sowie die Rolle des ersten Ansprechpartners beim Kunden für Deine Beauftragung und die weiterer Mitreisender

So sehen wir Dich

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finanzen, IT oder Vergleichbares
  • Optional hast du eine bankfachliche Ausbildung, ein Duales-Studium im Finanzbereich oder Ähnliches erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungsbranche und im Projektmanagement in der Finanzbranche mit, gern mit dem Nachweis entsprechender Zertifikate (u.a. IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe)
  • Du interessierst Dich für Menschen, bist kommunikationsstark, strahlst Offenheit aus und Deine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
  • Du bist bereit, innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen, um unseren Kundenkreis für mindestens drei Tage in der Woche vor Ort beraten zu können
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
