Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Teams suchen wir weitere Mitreisende wie Dich als Consultant in Vollzeit zur Mitgestaltung der Bankenwelt von morgen. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört:

  • Die Beratung von Banken und Finanzdienstleistern aus dem Verbund der Sparkassen
  • Die Unterstützung von Projekten in verschiedenen Rollen, z.B. als PMO, Product Owner, Business Analyst oder (Teil-)Projektleiter
  • Die Einführung, Optimierung und Migration von Produkten, Prozessen oder Systemen
  • Die Übernahme vielfältiger Aufgaben im Kontext klassischer und agiler Projekte oder des Produkt- oder Prozessmanagements
  • Die Erstellung managementgerechter Präsentationen sowie die Dokumentation zentraler Meilensteine und Projektergebnisse
  • Die Planung und Umsetzung von Workshops und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Projektumfeld

So sehen wir Dich

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, IT oder Vergleichbares
  • Idealerweise hast Du eine bankfachliche Ausbildung, ein Duales-Studium im Finanzbereich oder Ähnliches erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen aus einer Sparkasse oder eines Verbundunternehmens mit
  • Du hast dort bereits erste Berührungen mit der Systemwelt der Finanz Informatik (OSPlus, OSPlus_neo) gesammelt
  • Neben einer selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise bringst Du Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit für Veränderungen mit
  • Du bist bereit, unsere Kunden innerhalb Deutschlands für mindestens drei Tage in der Woche vor Ort zu betreuen
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
