In Deiner Rolle als Junior Consultant / Berater „Banking“ (w/m/d) bei Ambior erwartet Dich ein vielseitiges Tätigkeitsfeld von Projektmanagement über Organisationsentwicklung bis hin zu Prozessmanagement. Du willst von Anfang an in spannende Tätigkeiten und vielfältige Bankprojekte eingebunden werden?

Dann warten unter anderem die folgenden Aufgaben auf Dich. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team:

  • Begleitest Du (Groß-)Banken und Finanzdienstleister von Landes- über Genossenschafts- bis hin zu Förderbanken und Sparkassen in Fragen des Projektmanagements, der Organisationsentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Entwickelst und moderierst Du individuelle Strategie-, Prozessmanagement-, und Organisationsworkshops und sorgst für eine zielgenaue Auf- und Nachbereitung
  • Erhebst Du den Status Quo und sondierst Möglichkeiten der Verbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung für unsere Kunden
  • Erarbeitest du Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte für eine stringente Einhaltung von Anforderungen und bringst komplexe Zusammenhänge auf den Punkt
  • Hast Du Deine (Teil-)Projektziele immer vor Augen und kommunizierst diese transparent mit allen Stakeholdern

So sehen wir Dich

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichen Studiengängen oder konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einer Bankausbildung sammeln
  • Du willst unbedingt und ernsthaft Unternehmensberater (m/w/d) werden und hast Lust mit uns die Bankenwelt von morgen zu gestalten
  • Du interessierst Dich für Menschen, bist kommunikationsstark und strahlst Offenheit aus
  • Deine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
  • Du hast eine uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands, um unseren Kundenkreis vor Ort beraten zu können
  • Du bist wissbegierig, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bringst idealerweise erste praktische Berufserfahrung mit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
