RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Realizar suporte técnico aos clientes por telefone, e-mail, chat ou sistema de tickets, garantindo atendimento ágil, assertivo e eficaz;
  • Orientar os clientes na configuração e utilização dos produtos, identificando e solucionando possíveis dificuldades;
  • Registrar e documentar atendimentos, soluções e procedimentos técnicos, contribuindo para a manutenção e evolução da base de conhecimento;
  • Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes com base em procedimentos e conhecimentos já estruturados, reduzindo a necessidade de escalonamento para os níveis N2/N3;
  • Colaborar com equipes internas e áreas técnicas na resolução de problemas mais complexos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de suporte;
  • Identificar problemas recorrentes e tendências nos atendimentos, reportando-os às equipes responsáveis para avaliação e evolução dos produtos e serviços;
  • Manter elevado padrão de atendimento, comunicação e relacionamento com os clientes, contribuindo para sua satisfação e fidelização;
  • Realizar o alinhamento dos atendimentos entre usuários, equipe local e time global, utilizando o inglês como idioma de comunicação;
  • Realizar abertura, acompanhamento e atualização de chamados junto a empresas e fornecedores terceiros;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de atendimento, buscando maior autonomia na resolução de incidentes e redução de escalonamentos.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Experiência comprovada em suporte técnico - N2;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente;
  • Vivência com atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas de forma eficiente;
  • Organização, proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento básico em PHP;
  • Conhecimento básico em redes (switch, router, access point e modem);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de suporte e gerenciamento de chamados, como ServiceNow;
  • Conhecimento em máquinas virtuais (VM);
  • Conhecimento em SAP, especialmente no gerenciamento de contas de usuários;
  • Conhecimento em SharePoint;
  • Conhecimento na plataforma Microsoft Office.
