RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Planejar, elaborar e executar estratégias, cenários e casos de teste para garantir a qualidade das entregas;
  • Realizar testes funcionais, de regressão, integração, sistema, APIs e ponta a ponta (End-to-End);
  • Gerenciar defeitos, acompanhar correções e validar soluções implementadas;
  • Utilizar o qTest para gerenciamento de requisitos, rastreabilidade, execução de testes, relatórios e métricas;
  • Validar aplicações web, corporativas e APIs utilizando ferramentas como Postman ou similares;
  • Executar testes relacionados a bancos de dados, ETL, reconciliação e validação de dados;
  • Garantir a qualidade de aplicações voltadas ao mercado financeiro, validando regras de negócio, relatórios e processos;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Product Owners, Business Analysts e Desenvolvedores em ambientes ágeis;
  • Participar das cerimônias Scrum e contribuir ativamente para a evolução dos processos de qualidade;
  • Criar e manter documentação de testes, incluindo planos, evidências, relatórios de execução e registros de defeitos;
  • Identificar riscos, analisar requisitos e propor melhorias para aumento da qualidade dos produtos.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Experiência sólida atuando com Testes Manuais e Automatizados;
  • Vivência robusta em planejamento de testes, elaboração de casos de teste, execução, gerenciamento de defeitos e geração de relatórios;
  • Conhecimento avançado em qTest para gestão de testes e rastreabilidade;
  • Experiência com testes de aplicações web, corporativas e APIs;
  • Conhecimento em Postman ou ferramentas similares para validação de APIs;
  • Domínio de SQL e experiência com validação de bancos de dados, ETL e testes de dados;
  • Vivência em projetos do segmento financeiro, incluindo processos de trading, contabilidade, reconciliações e validação financeira;
  • Experiência atuando em equipes Agile/Scrum;
  • Capacidade de elaborar e manter documentação completa de qualidade e testes;
  • Perfil analítico, com forte habilidade de investigação, resolução de problemas e comunicação;
  • Fluência em Inglês.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação como Tosca, Playwright, Selenium ou similares;
  • Vivência na execução, manutenção ou troubleshooting de testes automatizados;
  • Conhecimento em pipelines CI/CD e ambientes DevOps;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de IA aplicadas a testes, incluindo GitHub Copilot ou soluções de geração automatizada de testes;
  • Conhecimentos em JavaScript, TypeScript ou Python;
  • Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte e alta complexidade.
