RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Atuar na sustentação N2 do Oracle EBS, com foco no módulo INV (Inventory);
  • Analisar e solucionar incidentes e chamados escalados do N1, garantindo atendimento dentro dos SLAs;
  • Investigar inconsistências de dados, parametrizações e falhas nos processos de estoque e movimentações;
  • Analisar processos e integrações entre o INV e os demais módulos Oracle EBS: PO, RI, iProcurement, MRP, BOM, AP e PM;
  • Realizar troubleshooting e análise de causa raiz, apoiando-se em consultas SQL e na leitura de código PL/SQL quando necessário;
  • Apoiar testes, homologações e validações de correções e melhorias;
  • Documentar soluções e propor ações para reduzir incidentes recorrentes.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Experiência com Oracle EBS versão 11 ou superior;
  • Conhecimento avançado no módulo INV (Inventory) — requisito imprescindível;
  • Conhecimento intermediário nos módulos PO, RI, iProcurement, MRP, BOM, AP e PM;
  • Experiência em sustentação N2 (atendimento de incidentes, análise e resolução);
  • Perfil funcional, com boa compreensão de processos de negócio, parametrizações e fluxos entre módulos;
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário de SQL e PL/SQL (consultas e leitura de código);
  • Capacidade de troubleshooting e análise de causa raiz.
