RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Realizar configurações avançadas no Sales Cloud;
  • Criar e manter Flows complexos;
  • Configurar objetos, campos, layouts e Record Types;
  • Administrar Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets e modelos de segurança;
  • Configurar Sharing Rules e regras de visibilidade de dados;
  • Criar validações e regras de negócio;
  • Executar cargas e atividades de gestão de dados utilizando Data Loader;
  • Apoiar a governança e qualidade dos dados na plataforma;
  • Criar e manter relatórios e dashboards;
  • Apoiar o Tech Lead no desenho e avaliação de soluções;
  • Participar de refinamentos e definição técnica de histórias;
  • Realizar análise de impacto de mudanças;
  • Atuar na investigação e resolução de problemas funcionais complexos;
  • Apoiar processos de deployment utilizando Copado.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Sólida experiência com Salesforce;
  • Experiência avançada em Salesforce Administration;
  • Domínio de Flow Builder, incluindo criação e manutenção de Flows complexos;
  • Conhecimento sólido de Salesforce Security Model;
  • Experiência com Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets e Sharing Rules;
  • Experiência com Sales Cloud e Service Cloud;
  • Conhecimento em Reporting & Analytics;
  • Experiência com Data Management e Data Loader;
  • Conhecimento de processos de deployment utilizando Copado;
  • Conhecimento de Salesforce Best Practices;
  • Inglês B2 ou superior;
  • Forte autonomia e capacidade de transformar requisitos de negócio em soluções declarativas.

  • Certificação Salesforce Advanced Administrator;
  • Certificação Sales Cloud Consultant;
  • Experiência apoiando decisões de solução e análises de impacto em ambientes Salesforce;
