Principais Responsabilidades

  1. Executar os processos de Gente e Gestão, atuando nas frentes de recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento, desempenho, clima organizacional, comunicação interna e demais programas de gestão de pessoas.
  2. Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, realizando alinhamento de perfil, divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, entrevistas, aplicação de ferramentas de avaliação e suporte aos gestores na tomada de decisão.
  3. Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de Gente e Gestão, elaborando relatórios gerenciais e propondo ações que contribuam para a melhoria da experiência do colaborador e dos resultados organizacionais.
  4. Apoiar a implementação e o acompanhamento de projetos, políticas e programas de desenvolvimento humano, fortalecimento da cultura organizacional, engajamento e marca empregadora.
  5. Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas, da legislação trabalhista e das melhores práticas de gestão de pessoas, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos e oferecendo suporte consultivo às lideranças.

É necessário que você tenha

  1. Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.
  2. Experiência na área de Gente e Gestão.
  3. Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  4. Vivência com sistemas de gestão de pessoas (Sólides, Senior, TOTVS ou similares).

Diferenciais

  1. Experiência no segmento hospitalar ou de saúde.
  2. Vivência em programas de Desenvolvimento Organizacional e Gestão de Desempenho.
  3. Conhecimento em metodologias de avaliação comportamental e gestão por competências.
  4. Conhecimento em Power BI e análise de indicadores de RH.
