Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analítica para área de Gente e Gestão, para atuar de forma estratégica no desenvolvimento de pessoas e na consolidação da cultura organizacional.

Esse(a) profissional será peça-chave na implementação de políticas, projetos e práticas de RH que fortaleçam o engajamento, a performance e o crescimento sustentável da empresa.

Nós da PG Química procuramos um(a) profissional proativo(a), comunicativo(a) e estratégico(a) para atuar no atendimento ativo e receptivo, impulsionando resultados.

O que você vai fazer por aqui:

  • Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças, apoiando tomadas de decisão relacionadas à gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento de equipes;
  • Atuar no Onboarding dos novos colaboradores e acompanhar no período de experiência junto a gestão;
  • Planejar, coordenar e executar projetos estratégicos de Gente e Gestão, alinhados aos objetivos do negócio;
  • Conduzir o Recrutamento e Seleção para diferentes níveis hierárquicos, garantindo a aderência cultural;
  • Desenvolver e implementar programas de Treinamento e desenvolvimento;
  • Estruturar e acompanhar a avaliação de desempenho e o ciclo de feedbacks, apoiando líderes na análise de resultados e planos de ação;
  • Analisar indicadores de RH (turnover, absenteísmo, engajamento, desempenho etc.)
  • Conduzir pesquisas de clima e iniciativas de engajamento;
  • Participar ativamente na revisão de políticas, processos e práticas de gestão de pessoas;
  • Apoiar a área em ações de comunicação interna, cultura, reconhecimento e employer branding;
  • Realizar ações de endomarketing;
  • Realizar a gestão do programa de jovem aprendiz;
  • Realizar a gestão do programa de estágio;
  • Acompanhar a cota de PCD;
  • Garantir que as descrições de cargos estejam atualizadas;
  • Garantir que o dossiê dos colaboradores estejam atualizados e organizados.
  • Realizar entrevista de desligamento.
