Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar líderes em temas como clima, engajamento, desempenho e desenvolvimento de times;Orientar na gestão de conflitos e tomada de decisões de pessoal;Atuar como facilitador na aplicação de políticas de Gente e Gestão;Levantar necessidade de desenvolvimento humano e organizacional, planejando e conduzindo frentes de DHO;Monitorar indicadores de turnover, absenteísmo, DHO, e-NPS e demais indicadores da área, propondo e conduzindo ações corretivas;Conduzir os processos de Calibragens, apoiar na execução de ciclos de avaliação de desempenho, remuneração e promoções;Planejar e executar ações de atração e seleção de pessoal, construindo diagnósticos e planos de ação para evolução;Atuar no projeto de implantação e constante evolução do Plano de Cargos, Carreira e Remuneração da empresa;Ser agente de mudança e evolução contínua dos processos sob sua responsabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificações1. Ensino Superior Completo em Psicologia, Administração ou áreas afins;2. Experiência na área;3. Disponibilidade para viagens entre unidades.
