Als (Junior) Recruitment Consultant arbeitest du im 360° Recruiting und übernimmst Verantwortung für den gesamten Prozess – von der Neukundenakquise über den Aufbau deines eigenen Netzwerks bis hin zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung.

Dabei bist du sowohl Sales Consultant als auch Recruiter und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zum Experten in deinem eigenen Nischenmarkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktiver Vertrieb: Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden, akquirierst Unternehmen und gewinnst wertvolle Einblicke in deinen Markt.
  • Beziehungsmanagement: Du baust dir langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden und Kandidaten auf und entwickelst dein eigenes Netzwerk.
  • Recruiting: Du identifizierst passende Kandidat:innen, führst Gespräche und steuerst den gesamten Recruitingprozess bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Social Selling: Du nutzt LinkedIn und andere Kanäle aktiv, um dein Netzwerk auszubauen und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu schaffen.
  • Marktexpertise: Du entwickelst dich zum Spezialisten für deine Nische und baust dir einen eigenen Kunden- und Kandidatenmarkt auf.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ehrgeiz, Lernbereitschaft und Drive – du möchtest etwas erreichen und dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Das richtige Mindset und Persönlichkeit – du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und lässt dich von Herausforderungen nicht abschrecken.
  • Zielorientierung – KPIs motivieren dich und du hast Spaß daran, deine eigenen Erfolge zu messen und zu steigern.
  • Kommunikationsstärke – du telefonierst gerne und überzeugst durch dein Auftreten.
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse – Deutsch auf C1/C2-Niveau und sehr gutes Englisch.
  • Erfahrung im Sales oder Recruiting ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – entscheidend sind dein Potenzial, deine Motivation und dein Drive.
