Wir, im neuen Kölner-Office, hiren sowohl im Bereich Freelance (Contract) und Festanstellung (Perm) in unseren Nischenmärkten. Aufgrund unseres stetigen Wachstums suchen wir ab sofort nach motivierten neuen Kolleg*innen, die mit uns durchstarten möchten, als:

(Lead) 360°Consultant (m/w/d)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits als 360° Recruiting Consultant gearbeitet und dir sind die Arbeitsweisen und -abläufe bekannt
  • Du möchtest in den kommenden Monaten eine leitende Funktion übernehmen und dein Wissen an neue Recruiting Consultants weitergeben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du baust dir deinen eigenen Kundenstamm im Markt auf und/oder baust deinen bestehenden Key Accounts weiter aus
  • Du akquirierst Neukunden und trägst zur Geschäftsentwicklung bei.
  • Durch aktives Sourcing und Networking identifizierst du geeignete Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten für deine Kunden über bekannte Netzwerke wie LinkedIn.
  • Du betreust den gesamten Personalbeschaffungsprozess und führst eigenständig Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden und Kandidatinnen/Kandidaten
  • Nach deiner Probezeit beginnst du eigenständig, mit Hilfe unseres TA-Teams, dir ein eigenes Team aufzubauen
