Erfahrung in dem Bereich Sales oder Recruitment ist nicht notwendig, da unser 4-Monatiges Trainingsprogramm dafür erstellt wurde den Job von A bis Z einzuleiten.

Amoria Bond ist eine schnell wachsende Personalberatung mit Büros an verschiedenen Europäischen und Asiatischen Standorten. Wir sind in den Gebieten IT, Engineering & Life Sciences tätig und suchen aktuell nach Zuwachs für unsere Deutsch-sprachigen Teams im Amsterdamer Büro.

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

  • Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben deinen eigenen Nischen-Markt aufzubauen und Recruitment Expert*in im entsprechenden Bereich zu werden.
  • Eigenverantwortlich unabhängige Arbeit als Hauptansprechpartner*in für deine Kund*innen und Kandidat*innen.
  • Kundenunterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und Einstellung für offene Stellen.
  • Verträge und Bedingungen für beide Seiten verhandeln.
  • Beziehungen mit Kandidat*innen aufbauen und sie im Interviewprozess zu begleiten und vorzubereiten.

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du hattest die Gelegenheit Erfahrung Kundenkontakt zu sammeln, z.B. in der Gastro, Vertrieb etc.
  • Du bist gut im Kommunizieren und Verbindungen aufzubauen und pflegen.
  • Du bist ein*e motiviert*e, ehrgeizig*e und zielgetrieben*e Teamplayer*in.
  • Auβerordentliche Konversationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch (Schwedisch, Norwegisch, Französisch oder Holländisch sind ein Plus)
