360°-Recruiting Consultant (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du baust dir deinen eigenen Kundenstamm und damit dein eigenes Netzwerk auf
  • Durch active sourcing auf den gängigen Jobplattformen akquirierst du Lebensläufe und mögliche Kandidaten für deine Kunden
  • Du informierst dich durch Gespräche mit Kandidaten über deinen Nischenmarkt und deren Trends
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kandidat und Kunde und verbindest die Needs und Skills des Kandidaten, mit den Anforderungen des Kunden.
  • Du führst Gespräche und vereinbarst Follow-up Interviews mit beiden Parteien und betreust den Prozess bis hin zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist ehrgeizig, kommunikativ und ein echtes Verkaufstalent.
  • Dir liegt es Menschen zu überzeugen und du hast die Ausdauer auch nach einem Rückschlag am Ball zu bleiben.
  • Im Idealfall hast du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Bereichen, welche dir ein passendes Skillset ermöglicht haben.
  • Ebenfalls von Vorteil sind Vorerfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb, Recruiting oder auch im Verkauf.
