SALES & RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (M/W/D)

DEIN PROFIL:

▪ Das wichtigste zu Beginn - Du bringst Drive, Motivation und Ehrgeiz mit. Denn Recruitment ist vor allem ein Vertriebsjob.

▪ Überdurchschnittliche Proaktivität, Lösungsorientierung, Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Ehrgeiz und Hartnäckigkeit sind wesentliche Erfolgsfaktoren.

▪ Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, idealerweise im Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations- oder Psychologie-Bereich oder einer vergleichbaren abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung.

▪ Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruitment oder B2B-Vertrieb (auch durch Praktika oder ein Werkstudium).

DEINE AUFGABEN:

▪ Du betreust von Anfang an deinen eigenen Nischen-Markt und baust dir Schritt für Schritt deine eigenen Key Accounts auf.

▪ Du unterstützt deine Kund:innen bei der Besetzung offener Projektvakanzen durch Vermittlung von erfahrenen, spezialisierten Fach- und Führungskräften.

▪ Du bist hauptverantwortlich für das Business Development und die Neukundenakquise. Gleichzeitig identifizierst und qualifizierst Du passende Kandidat:innen – auch per Direktansprache.

▪ Du betreust den gesamten Recruitment Prozess und führst selbstständig Vertragsverhandlungen auf Kund:innen- und Kandidat:innenseite.
