In dieser Position arbeitest du als Teil unseres Group Accounting Teams eng mit unseren europäischen Branches und verschiedenen internen Schnittstellen zusammen und erhältst einen umfassenden Blick auf die Accounting- und Reporting-Aktivitäten der Gruppe. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Accounting-Themen und kannst deine Erfahrung im internationalen Accounting aktiv einbringen und weiterentwickeln.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Unterstützung des operativen Accountings und Reportings der AND-E SE und ihrer Niederlassungen in Italien, Deutschland, Frankreich, Spanien und Belgien unter Berücksichtigung der Luxemburger handels- und steuerrechtlichen Anforderungen
  • Durchführung der monatlichen Abschlussaktivitäten und Konsolidierungen auf der Gesellschaftsebene der AND-E SE, einschließlich Abschlussbuchungen im Zusammenhang mit EU-Rückversicherungsgeschäft
  • Prüfung, Kontrolle, Verbuchung und Dokumentation von Holding-Transaktionen im Rahmen der Abschlusserstellung sowie Sicherstellung einer korrekten bilanziellen Behandlung
  • Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses der ANDIE SE gemäß Luxemburger Versicherungsrecht und internen Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei monatlichen VAT Returns und Steuererklärungen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Finance-Teams und interne Schnittstellen innerhalb der Gruppe, insbesondere Tax, Actuarial, FP&A/Controlling und Internal Audit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Luxemburger Behörden sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Einreichung des regulatorischen Reportings an die CAA
  • Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften bei neuen Accounting-Themen und Prozessänderungen sowie bei der Umsetzung von Financial- und Accounting-Policies
  • Mitarbeit an Finance-Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen zur Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Accounting- und Reporting-Prozessen

Wann du zu uns passt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Auditing, Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als Bilanzbuchhalter
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Finance- und Accounting-Bereich eines Versicherungsunternehmens sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Lux GAAP und IFRS, insbesondere in der Konsolidierung im internationalen Umfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis von Versicherungs-Accounting und -Reporting; Kenntnisse des Luxemburger Steuerrechts und der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen an Versicherungsunternehmen sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Accounting-IT-Systemen, idealerweise SUN, sowie ein gutes Verständnis von IT-Prozessen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Französischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
