Was Sie bei uns machen

  • Zentraler fachlicher Ansprechpartner für das Accounting-Team, mit Verantwortung im vereinbarten Vertretungsrahmen für verlässliche, nachvollziehbare und richtlinienkonforme Finanzprozesse.
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Teams bei Buchungslogiken und Prozessabläufen sowie bei Priorisierung der Themen des Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Planung und Leitung der regelmäßigen Mitarbeiter Jour-fixe, Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen und Durchführung ausgewählter Jahresgespräche – in Abstimmung mit dem General Manager.
  • Laufende Pflege der Verfahrensdokumentation für Finance & Accounting sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der relevanten Prozesse.
  • Implementierung permanenter Kontrollen im Internen Kontrollsystem (IKS), Festlegung von Kontrollzielen, Frequenzen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Nachweisen sowie Schließung identifizierter Kontrolllücken – in Abstimmung mit dem General Manager.
  • Monatliche Prüfung der Bilanz- und GuV-Positionen der deutschen Niederlassung auf Vollständigkeit, Plausibilität und Kohärenz sowie eigenständige Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten – unter Einhaltung von HGB und IFRS.

Wann Sie zu uns passen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit weiterführender Qualifikation, beispielsweise als Bilanzbuchhalter/in, oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance & Accounting.
  • Langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie ausgeprägte Sicherheit in Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozessen.
  • Fundierte Expertise in der Rechnungslegung von Versicherungsunternehmen, einschließlich technischer Versicherungsbuchhaltung, nach HGB und IFRS.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prozessdokumentationen und Internen Kontrollsystemen, mit gutem Verständnis für Kontrollziele, Risiken und prüfungssichere Nachweise, ergänzt durch analytische Stärke in der Bilanz- und GuV-Analyse.
  • Führungskompetenz im operativen Geschäft, mit klarer Priorisierung gegenüber Team und Stakeholdern.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar, lösungsorientiert und managementgerecht zu kommunizieren.
