Was Sie bei uns machen

  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Ableitung klarer fachlicher und systemseitiger Anforderungen für Backoffice-Anwendungen, inklusive Datenflüssen und Schnittstellen.
  • Bewertung der Auswirkungen geplanter Änderungen auf Prozesse, Anwendungen, Daten und Schnittstellen.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT bei der Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Lösungen.
  • Ansprechperson für Backend-Entwicklung und -Test bei der Präzisierung von Anforderungen, offenen Fragen und Sonderfällen.
  • Mitarbeit an der Prozess- und Systemdokumentation sowie aktiver Beitrag zum Wissensaufbau im Team.
  • Verfolgung aktueller Entwicklungen in Geschäftsumfeld, Regulatorik und Technologie sowie Einschätzung ihrer Bedeutung für Prozesse und Systeme.

Wann Sie zu uns passen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Erhebung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen sowie in der Impact-Analyse.
  • Sicheres Verständnis von Anwendungslandschaften, Datenflüssen und Schnittstellen (inkl. APIs) sowie deren Abhängigkeiten.
  • Fließende Englisch- und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, SQL-Kenntnisse oder Vertrautheit mit agiler Softwareentwicklung.
