Was Sie bei uns machen

  • Funktions- und Prozessverantwortung für definierte Bereiche der Konzernbuchhaltung unserer Vertriebsgesellschaft (Toyota Insurance Management SE) – unter Einhaltung des deutschen Handels- und Steuerrechts sowie der IFRS.
  • Durchführung monatlicher Abschlussbuchungen und Konsolidierungen auf Konzernebene, inklusive Validierung und Dokumentation der Geschäftsvorfälle der Holdinggesellschaft.
  • Erstellung von Konzernberichten nach IFRS 17 für die Muttergesellschaft in Japan.
  • Prüfung der Zuordnung lokaler Konten zu den konzernweiten Konten sowie Durchführung von Datenqualitäts- und Buchungsprüfungen in den Niederlassungen (vor Ort und remote).
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Finanzabteilungen der Niederlassungen sowie interne Schnittstelle zu anderen Unternehmensbereichen wie Tax oder FP&A.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Finanzprojekten – insbesondere bei der Einführung von KI-Tools sowie der weiteren Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen.

Wann Sie zu uns passen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft, alternativ eine Laufbahn als geprüfte(r) Bilanzbuchhalter(in).
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen bei Finanzdienstleistern, mit fundierter Erfahrung in Konsolidierung und Kostenverteilung im internationalen Kontext.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Produkte, insbesondere Excel, Power BI und SharePoint, sowie ein Verständnis für IT-Prozesse und KI-Tools.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Engagement, Loyalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion.
  • Proaktive, lernbereite Persönlichkeit mit dem Antrieb, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch. Deutsch oder eine weitere europäische Sprache sind von Vorteil.
