Was Sie bei uns machen

  • Eigenständige Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen nach HGB, auch bei komplexen Geschäftsvorfällen.
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten buchhalterischen und umsatzsteuerlichen Behandlung nach HGB und UStG.
  • Abstimmung und Klärung von Kreditorenkonten, offenen Posten und Rechnungsdifferenzen.
  • Vorbereitung und Kontrolle von Zahlungsläufen unter Einhaltung der internen Freigabeprozesse.
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB, insbesondere bei Abgrenzungen und offenen Verbindlichkeiten.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Rechnungsprozesse sowie bei der Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Wann Sie zu uns passen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit klarem Schwerpunkt in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • Fundierte, praxiserprobte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Umsatzsteuerrechts.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance oder vergleichbaren Systemen, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
