Sobre a Dom Pagamentos

A Dom Pagamentos é uma empresa em crescimento acelerado no ecossistema de pagamentos, com forte atuação em parcerias, adquirência e soluções B2B. Buscamos um(a) Head Comercial para liderar a frente comercial de forma estratégica e, principalmente, hands-on, em um ambiente de startup, com sócios atuantes e decisões rápidas.

O desafio da posição

Essa não é uma vaga apenas de vendas. Buscamos alguém que lidere o comercial de ponta-a-ponta, integrando vendas, parcerias, marketing, produto e relacionamento com o mercado. A pessoa terá papel central na construção e execução da estratégia comercial da Dom.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar toda a frente Comercial da Dom Pagamentos
  • Desenvolver e escalar o canal de parcerias (principal canal da empresa)
  • Atuar fortemente em relacionamento com software houses, revendas e parceiros estratégicos
  • Gerir e desenvolver o time comercial
  • Atuar próximo de Produto, Marketing e CS para construção de soluções comerciais completas
  • Ser presença ativa no mercado: visitas, reuniões, eventos e relacionamento
  • Apoiar decisões estratégicas junto aos sócios

Perfil buscado

  • Experiência sólida em mercado de pagamentos / adquirentes / fintechs
  • Forte atuação com parcerias, canais indiretos ou distribuição
  • Perfil altamente relacional, mais focado em relacionamento do que em venda transacional
  • Vivência em startups ou empresas em fase de crescimento
  • Experiência com gestão de times
  • Perfil hands-on, com capacidade de executar e decidir
  • Conforto para atuar em ambiente de empresa com donos atuantes
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação fora do escritório
