Estamos em fase de crescimento estruturado e buscamos um(a) HEAD COMERCIAL para liderar a estratégia e a operação comercial de uma construtora e incorporadora em forte crescimento, com foco no programa Minha Casa Minha Vida.

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER: Liderar a estratégia comercial da empresa; Gerenciar e desenvolver equipe comercial; Estruturar processos, metas e indicadores; Atuar diretamente no crescimento de vendas e expansão comercial; Desenvolver relacionamento com parceiros, imobiliárias e clientes; Garantir alta performance operacional e comercial; Participar ativamente das decisões estratégicas da empresa.

REQUISITOS: Ensino superior cursando ou completo; Experiência sólida na área comercial; Vivência no segmento de construção civil/incorporação; Imprescindível experiência com o programa Minha Casa Minha Vida; Perfil de liderança e gestão de pessoas.
