Desenvolvimento de projetos comerciais, englobando apuração de recursos, investimentos e despesas necessárias para a execução das atividades operacionais, tanto para operações de armazenagem como para operações de distribuição.

· Identificar e mapear recursos de MO necessários para realização de operações de armazenagem em prospecção, validando junto a coordenação da área e gerência operacional os recursos necessários;

· Identificar e mapear investimentos necessários para a realização de operações de armazenagem em prospecção;

· Elaborar propostas técnico-comerciais robustas para operações logísticas, com tarifas competitivas e garantindo a rentabilidade do projeto

· Acompanhar a rentabilidade dos projetos implementados.

· Identificar e mapear despesas para a realização de operações de armazenagem em prospecção;

· Mapear, propor e sugerir à coordenação da área e equipe Comercial a estratégia de precificação dos serviços de armazenagem a serem prestados;

· Solicitar à equipe de Transporte informações de parceiros/agregados e custos de modo a atender as necessidades de transporte rodoviário e aéreo dos clientes em prospecção;

· Solicitar à equipe de Transporte informações referentes a prazos de entrega na distribuição de cargas;

· Mapear custos de distribuição por rota, tipo de veículo, origem/destino e modais;

· Mapear, propor e sugerir à coordenação da área e equipe Comercial a estratégia de precificação dos serviços de distribuição a serem prestados;

· Interagir com as áreas operacionais e áreas de suporte para alinhamentos e obtenção de informações;

· Apoiar equipe Comercial e coordenação da área em BID’s;

· Acompanhar a equipe Comercial em processos de visitas técnicas;

· Realizar análises de viabilidade financeira de projetos e construir modelos financeiros em Excel;

· Elaborar layouts de operações em AutoCAD;

· Prestar suporte a outras áreas da companhia quando compatível com as competências técnicas necessárias;

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e implementar modelos de planejamento orçamentário e projeções financeiras, incluindo DRE, fluxo de caixa e balanço patrimonial.
  • Realizar a análise detalhada dos custos fixos e variáveis, identificando oportunidades de otimização e redução.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas com análises de desvios orçamentários e justificativas.
  • Participar ativamente do processo de fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo a acuracidade das informações de custos.
  • Colaborar com as diversas áreas da empresa para coletar dados, entender as necessidades e fornecer suporte analítico para decisões estratégicas.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados a custos e performance financeira.
  • Propor e implementar melhorias nos processos de planejamento financeiro e controle de custos.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento avançado em contabilidade de custos, formação de preços e análise de viabilidade econômica de projetos.
  • Domínio em softwares de gestão empresarial (ERP), preferencialmente SAP FI/CO, Protheus ou Oracle EBS.
  • Proficiência no uso de ferramentas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau) para criação de dashboards e relatórios.
  • Habilidade em modelagem financeira e construção de cenários complexos no Microsoft Excel.
  • Experiência na elaboração e acompanhamento de orçamentos (budget, forecast, rolling forecast).
