Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil Hunter, forte atuação comercial e conhecimento do mercado Farma, com capacidade de identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio no segmento.

Esse profissional será responsável por prospectar novos clientes, mapear oportunidades, construir relacionamento com decisores e conduzir negociações comerciais, atuando de forma consultiva na apresentação das soluções logísticas da Andreani.

É importante que tenha visão estratégica e orientação para resultados, combinando capacidade de prospecção com entendimento das necessidades específicas da indústria farmacêutica, buscando transformar oportunidades em contratos e relacionamentos de longo prazo.

Principais características do perfil

  • Experiência comercial B2B, preferencialmente no segmento Farma, Healthcare, Life Sciences ou logística especializada;
  • Perfil genuinamente Hunter, com histórico de prospecção e abertura de novos clientes/mercados;
  • Carteira de relacionamento e networking com indústrias farmacêuticas, laboratórios, distribuidores ou empresas de Healthcare será um diferencial;
  • Experiência em vendas consultivas e soluções customizadas, com ciclos comerciais mais complexos;
  • Capacidade de realizar prospecção ativa, mapeamento de mercado, reuniões, apresentações e negociações;
  • Habilidade para identificar dores do cliente e traduzir necessidades em soluções logísticas e propostas de valor;
  • Experiência na elaboração, análise e negociação de propostas comerciais, contratos e projetos;
  • Orientação para metas, indicadores, pipeline e conversão de oportunidades;
  • Boa capacidade de relacionamento e comunicação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos, incluindo C-Level e tomadores de decisão;
  • Perfil estratégico, autônomo, persuasivo e com capacidade de construir relacionamentos de longo prazo;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação externa, visitas a clientes e participação em eventos e agendas comerciais.
