Deve possuir excelente relacionamento interpessoal, postura consultiva, capacidade para tomada de decisão rápida e habilidade para trabalhar em conjunto com diversas áreas, garantindo a segurança das operações e a excelência no atendimento aos clientes.

O Analista de Risco I é responsável por monitorar, controlar e mitigar os riscos relacionados às operações logísticas de transporte, armazenagem e distribuição, garantindo a segurança das cargas, das pessoas e das operações, bem como o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas regulatórias e requisitos dos clientes.

Atua em conjunto com as áreas Operacional, Transporte, Torre de Controle, Customer Service, Segurança Patrimonial, Comercial e fornecedores de Gerenciamento de Risco, contribuindo para a continuidade do negócio e redução de perdas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar viagens e operações de transporte através dos sistemas de Gerenciamento de Risco.
  • Liberar viagens conforme regras de gerenciamento de risco definidas por cliente e seguradoras.
  • Acompanhar ocorrências operacionais, desvios de rota, paradas indevidas, perda de sinal e eventos críticos.
  • Acionar planos de contingência em casos de sinistros, roubos, furtos ou demais ocorrências.
  • Interagir com transportadoras, motoristas, escoltas, torres de monitoramento e equipes operacionais.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de risco e elaborar relatórios gerenciais.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das políticas de segurança patrimonial e gerenciamento de risco.
  • Realizar análises de vulnerabilidade operacional e propor melhorias.
  • Atuar na prevenção de perdas durante operações de transporte e armazenagem.
  • Validar documentações obrigatórias para embarques.
  • Apoiar investigações de ocorrências e elaborar planos de ação.
  • Registrar ocorrências nos sistemas corporativos.
  • Participar de reuniões com clientes e fornecedores relacionados à gestão de riscos.
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas.
  • Garantir conformidade com normas da ANVISA, clientes e seguradoras.
  • Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua relacionados à segurança logística.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em:

  • Logística
  • Administração
  • áreas correlatas.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Vivência em Operador Logístico.
  • Conhecimento em Transporte de Medicamentos.
  • Conhecimento em gerenciamento de risco para cargas de alto valor agregado.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

  • Gerenciamento de Risco Logístico.
  • Monitoramento de veículos via rastreamento.
  • Sistemas de Rastreamento (Omnilink, Sascar, Autotrac, OnixSat, entre outros).
  • TMS (Transportation Management System).
  • WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Pacote Office.
  • Gestão de ocorrências.
  • Procedimentos de sinistros.
  • Conhecimento em seguradoras e PGR (Plano de Gerenciamento de Risco).
