8+ years in hardware verification, qualification or reliability engineering. Experience testing telecommunications or wireless infrastructure products. Knowledge of RF measurements, environmental stress testing, thermal testing and EMC. Familiarity with highly accelerated life and stress testing (HALT/HASS), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and reliability prediction. Working knowledge of relevant standards, such as 3GPP conformance, IEC/EN 62368-1, ETSI EN 300 019, and FCC and CE requirements. Experience with automated lab test equipment and scripting (Python preferred). Structured, detail-oriented approach to test planning and reporting. Experience working across global, cross-functional engineering teams. Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
