The posting

Andrew Morgan LLC (AM) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are currently seeking a qualified OneStream Training and Enablement Lead to join our team supporting our DoD Federal Client.

The OneStream Training & Enablement Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training, adoption, and organizational enablement strategies for federal government clients implementing the OneStream Platform. This role partners with functional and technical teams to ensure users are prepared to successfully adopt new budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial close, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide training and enablement strategies for OneStream implementations, including role-based learning paths for executives, finance professionals, budget analysts, system administrators, and technical support staff.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs including workshops, hands-on labs, and executive/finance/administrator sessions aligned with project milestones and deployment schedules across multiple federal organizations.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and coordinate knowledge transfer from implementation teams to client support organizations to sustain training post-deployment.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and partner with Change Management leads to drive user adoption, including communication and awareness campaigns for system deployments.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys, assessments, feedback), identify adoption risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support the transition from implementation to steady-state operations, including onboarding materials, a centralized knowledge repository, and ensuring content stays current with application enhancements and releases.
  • Incorporate lessons learned into future training initiatives and recommend improvements to increase user proficiency and platform adoption.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise software training and enablement.
  • 3+ years supporting OneStream implementations.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government clients.
  • Experience developing role-based training curricula.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience developing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret clearance is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • OneStream certification e.g. OCA or OCP
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
