The posting

Senior HR Services Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Services Specialist to join an international HR Operations team. In this role, you will support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, handle more complex HR cases, and help ensure that HR processes are completed accurately and on time.

This is a senior specialist role without direct people management responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling HR administration processes, including hiring, rehiring, employee changes, salary updates, and terminations
  • Managing more complex or escalated employee cases and ensuring they are resolved on time
  • Supporting the team with difficult cases and sharing your HR process knowledge
  • Monitoring open cases and helping reduce backlogs
  • Checking employee data and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting HR audits and internal controls
  • Identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements
  • Preparing HR reports and analyzing operational data
  • Maintaining HR procedures, work instructions, and internal documentation
  • Working with HR, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams
  • Supporting HR projects, system testing, process transitions, and implementations
  • Working with HR systems and supporting data uploads and validation

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Services, or an HR Shared Services environment
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, from hire to termination
  • Good knowledge of HR data and document management
  • Experience with HR controls, audits, or compliance processes
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Experience with HR system testing, mass data uploads, or data reconciliation would be an advantage
  • Ability to independently manage more complex cases and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Very good English and confidence communicating with different stakeholders
