Description du poste

Le Chauffeur Accompagnateur doit assurer le Transport de Personnes à Mobilité Réduite et/ou valides selon des parcours bien définis.(secteur Metz)

Titulaire du permis de conduire (B) depuis au moins 3 ans, vous accompagnerez les usagers entre leur domicile et leur établissement d’accueil en utilisant des véhicules adaptés au transport de personnes à mobilité réduite (maxi 9 places).

Vous transporterez principalement des enfants en situation de handicap et/ou des adultes.

A compétences égales, les personnes titulaire d'une RQTH sont prioritaires sur ce poste.

Qualifications

Compétences et aptitudes requises

  • Avoir le sens de l’accueil et du relationnel : vous êtes l’interface entre les enfants, les parents, le personnel soignant et éducatif de l’établissement d’accueil.
  • Empathie et discrétion professionnelle exigée.
  • Ponctualité impérative.
  • Suivre un planning journalier transmis par le chef d'équipe.
  • Prendre en charge les personnes en respectant les consignes de sécurité
