APF France handicap créée une filiale travail temporaire « handicap intérim » dédiée à 100% pour des personnes en situation de handicap en France, pour une société plus inclusive et solidaire dans la dynamique « Cap vers l’entreprise inclusive » pilotée par le Ministère du travail.

Notre volonté est de:

· Favoriser l’accès à l’emploi du maximum de personnes en situation de handicap en France

· Etre plus impactant pour l’inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap de demandeurs d’emploi

· Se concentrer sur un accompagnement de qualité vis-à-vis des intérimaires et des entreprises,

· Valoriser l’inclusion

Statut : Entreprise Adaptée de travail temporaire (travailleurs en situation de handicap)

Description du poste

Dans le respect des règles de sécurité du site et de l’entreprise :

  • Maintenance préventive : agent de maintenance / plomberie assure la maintenance (niveau 1 et 2) et optimise les réglages des installations sanitaires et de plomberie.
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive (niveau 1 et 2) des installations de plomberie selon les gammes associées
  • Suivre le plan de maintenance déployé
  • Renseigner les carnets d’entretien et carnets sanitaires associés
  • Renseigner les bons d’intervention / suivi GMAO
  • Mise en place des éléments de sécurité collectifs et individuels (balisage, entreposage…)
  • Port des EPI
  • Maintenance corrective :
  • Intervenir dans les délais impartis selon les demandes d’intervention
  • Remettre en état de fonctionnement les installations
  • Proposer des solutions techniques si la remise en état n’est pas possible immédiatement
  • Renseigner les bons d’interventions
  • Mise en place des éléments de sécurité collectifs et individuels (balisage, entreposage…)
  • Travaux de plomberie : purge de radiateur, débouchage de toilettes, remplacement robinet
  • Port des EPI
  • Rondes techniques :
  • Réaliser les rondes techniques selon le planning défini
  • Renseigner les supports de suivi des rondes techniques
  • Gestion stocks et pièces :
  • Participer au suivi des pièces et du stock de consommables
  • Alerter le responsable d’exploitation à l’arrivée d’un niveau critique de pièces
  • Accompagnement :
  • Accompagner les prestataires et bureaux de contrôle dans le respect des règles de sécurité du site
  • Veiller à ce que les intervenants déploient les moyens de sécurité associés
  • Transverse
  • Effectuer les remontées de situation dangereuses à chaque constat
  • Effectuer les remontées systématiques des situations et sujets en cours

Horaires :

Aubevoye (27) : 7h30 – 15h30

/ 8h30 – 16h30 / 10h30 – 18h30
