Description de l'offre : Nous recherchons un/une Chef(fe) de Projet dynamique et expérimenté/e pour rejoindre notre équipe spécialisée dans la gestion des flux documentaires, en particulier la dématérialisation, la GED et le SAE. En tant que Chef(fe) de Projet au sein de la Direction Numérique, vous serez le pivot essentiel pour la réussite de projets de transformations digitales dans un contexte réglementaire et normatif exigeant (nos clients sont essentiellement des banques, assurances, mutuelles.) tout en maintenant une forte orientation client.

Responsabilités :

-Piloter des projets complets de dématérialisation et de GED en mettant en avant une approche collaborative.

- Assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et normatives liées à la sécurité documentaire, notamment dans le contexte du RGPD.

- Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques, en mettant un accent particulier sur l'écoute active et la compréhension approfondie des attentes.

- Rédiger les spécifications aux équipes de développement, prioriser les tâches de manière efficace, en mettant l'accent sur la livraison dans les délais, le respect du budget, et la satisfaction client.

- Coordonner les équipes et assurer une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes tout au long du projet, favorisant ainsi le travail collaboratif et l'amélioration continue.

Exigences :

Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de Projet dans la dématérialisation et la GED,

Expérience SAE appréciée.

Compétences avancées en gestion de projets avec une orientation client prononcée, mettant en avant l'écoute et la compréhension des besoins spécifiques.

Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, dans un environnement exigeant, avec des échéances serrées, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail collaboratif.

Aisance et rigueur rédactionnelle pour formaliser les besoins clients et produire des livrables fonctionnels de qualité.
