Notre mission s'inscrit dans la dynamique « Cap vers l’entreprise inclusive » pilotée par le Ministère du Travail, afin de favoriser une société plus inclusive et solidaire.

Description du poste

  • 75009 Paris (4 étoiles)
  • 94000 Créteil (3 et 4 étoiles )
  • 93400 Saint-Ouen (4 étoiles)
  • 93230 Romainville (3 étoiles)
  • 92230 Gennevilliers (4 et 2 étoiles)
  • 92270 Bois-Colombes (4 étoiles)
  • 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine (4 étoiles)

Horaires de travail :

  • 5 heures de travail par jour, 5 jours par semaine.
  • Début de la journée à 9h ou 10h selon les besoins du site et/ou du salarié.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer le nettoyage et l’entretien des chambres et des parties communes selon les standards de l’établissement.
  • Effectuer le changement du linge de lit et de toilette.
  • Vérifier et réapprovisionner les produits d’accueil et les consommables.
  • Signaler toute anomalie ou dysfonctionnement à la hiérarchie (équipements défectueux, objets oubliés, etc.).
  • Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des clients en garantissant un service de qualité.

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience souhaitée dans un poste similaire en hôtellerie.
  • Connaissance des techniques de nettoyage et d’entretien des chambres.
  • Rigueur, discrétion et sens du service.
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe.
  • Bonne condition physique (travail debout, port de charges légères).

Conditions de travail :

  • Poste en horaires fixes selon l’organisation de l’hôtel.
  • Travail en semaine et/ou le week-end selon les plannings.
  • Port d’un uniforme fourni par l’établissement.
  • Possibilité d’évolution en interne.
