Notre client, acteur majeur et historique de l'industrie spatiale européenne basé à Vernon, est en charge du montage, de l'intégration et des essais des moteurs à ergols cryogéniques les plus performants (Vulcain 2.1, VINCI), ainsi que de leurs équipements associés (Turbopompes, MANG...). À la pointe de l'innovation, le site prépare également l'avenir avec les moteurs de nouvelle génération (PROMETHEUS) et le démonstrateur THEMIS.

Pour renforcer le département Engines and FCE Assembly et plus particulièrement le service LLPM, nous recherchons un(e) Monteur (H/F).

Vos Missions & Responsabilités

Au sein de l'atelier de montage, vous aurez pour mission de réaliser le montage de sous-ensembles ainsi que l'intégration d'équipements pour produire un démonstrateur fonctionnel, un moteur pour essais, puis un moteur de vol.

Dans ce cadre, vos activités principales seront :

  • Préparation & Logistique : Organiser le poste de travail, acheminer le matériel, déconditionner, nettoyer les pièces et gérer les outillages/moyens de mesure.
  • Assemblage de précision : Suivre les instructions de travail spécifiques, contrôler et assembler les différents composants pour garantir un matériel conforme et fonctionnel.
  • Essais & Tests : Mettre sous pression les circuits et matériels pour réaliser les tests d'étanchéité et les essais fonctionnels.
  • Qualité & Traçabilité : Identifier les problèmes d'exécution, déclarer les écarts, viser l’avancement des opérations et veiller à la conformité des moyens de production.
  • Amélioration continue : Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau, participer aux rituels d'équipe, appliquer les démarches 5S et respecter les fondamentaux de performance (OTOQOC).

Qualifications

Votre Formation & Expérience :

  • Issu(e) d’une formation de niveau Bac (Professionnel ou technologique) spécialisée en mécanique et/ou assemblage.
  • Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.

Vos Compétences Clés :

  • Impératives : Excellentes compétences en mécanique, méthodes d'assemblage (serrage au couple/effort, lubrification), manutention de sous-ensembles mécaniques ou de chaudronnerie volumineux, et lecture de plans.
  • Techniques : Maîtrise des règles d'étanchéité, de propreté et mise en œuvre de tests pneumatiques.
  • Environnement : Aisance pour travailler en atelier de type salle blanche et/ou hall d'assemblage.
  • Les "Plus" : Habilitations pontier-élingueur (ou volonté de les acquérir), bases en électricité/câblage, et un niveau intermédiaire en anglais.

Vos Qualités Humaines : Investi(e), volontaire et rigoureux(se), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre minutie et votre proactivité. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et savez faire preuve de curiosité d'esprit.

  • Horaires : Horaires de journée, mais le travail peut ponctuellement s'effectuer en 2*8 selon les besoins de la production.
  • Mobilité : Des déplacements très ponctuels sont à prévoir sur les autres sites du groupe en France, en Allemagne et en Guyane.
