Nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs opérateurs/trices de production qualifié(e)s sur les missions suivantes: - Tournage/fraisage

- Usinage/réglage

- Assemblage/montage

Activités:

- Réaliser ses activités en déterminant et en appliquant des méthodes et/ou outils définis par l'entreprise

- Réaliser des diagnostics destinés à anticiper et/ou résoudre les difficultés

- Assurer la préparation à son poste de travail selon le plan de production et réaliser des réglages nécessaires

- Conduire et assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements

- Assurer les opérations de production et de manutention en assurant la traçabilité

- S'assurer de la conformité et la qualité des pièces produites et/ou des produits en sortie de ligne

- Assurer la maintenance préventive et/ou curative de niveau 1 à 2

- Formaliser et analyser les dysfonctionnements, déterminer la solution adaptée et la déployer après validation

- Assurer le reporting de son activité

Responsabilités

- Exécuter ses missions, sous contrôle fréquent, en sélectionnant des solutions identifiées afin d'atteindre le résultat attendu

- Apporter ses compétences techniques/organisationnelles auprès d'une personne

- Assister techniquement/organisationnellement une personne

- Son action a un effet sur des emplois de nature identiques ou similaires

- Atteindre les objectifs de productivité, qualité, hygiène et sécurité assignés

- Contribuer à la réduction des coûts et à l'optimisation de sa ligne Compétences

- Connaître la mécanique, l'électricité, l'électronique, l'électromécanique, la thermodynamique, la mécanique des fluides, les caractéristiques des matériaux, les technologies métallurgiques et mécaniques, les modes de production, les automatismes, les systèmes de contrôle qualité.

- Lire des documents techniques

- Maîtriser les interfaces informatiques et la compréhension des signaux d'alerte

- Connaissance des produits, des outils d'analyses, des outils d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes

- Habilitations nécessaires à son activité (selon son niveau de compétences)

- Maîtriser les techniques de maintenance de niveau 1 à 2

- Techniques de transmission des connaissances

Relations de travail

- Assurer une communication élémentaire avec les interlocuteurs de l'environnement immédiat

Station debout prolongée, gestes répétitifs, port de charges.
