Description du poste

Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients un TECHNICIEN DE MAINTENANCE FREIN (H/F) basé en Ile-de-France.

MISSIONS :

Maintenir les organes de commande du dispositif de freinage pneumatique et de production d’air d’un matériel roulant (si équipé) :

Manipulateurs de frein, distributeurs, voyant indicateur, robinets, ….

Compresseur et sécheur d’air,

Suspensions pneumatique,

Réservoirs d’air....

Horaires : - Journée - 2/8 - 3/8 - Jour/Nuit - Weekend et Féries

Travail : - Seul, en équipe et en co-activité avec les électriciens, mécaniciens……

Travaux : - Sur des voies en extérieur ou dans un atelier. - En hauteur (utilisation de passerelles ou de nacelles), dessous (en voie de fosse) et dans le train.

Qualifications

CAP/BEP Electricité - Electrotechnique - Mécanicien auto ou poids lourd, MSMA, MEI

BAC MSMA - MEI - Électrotechnique - Productique mécanique Expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle souhaitée Compétences techniques

Compétences techniques :

Pneumatiques avec des notions électrique et mécanique

Electronique souhaitée sur le matériel roulant de dernière génération

Informatique : - Saisies sur GMAO - Relevés et analyse de codes défauts sur nouveaux matériels

Outillages et d’instruments de mesures : Maitrise des clés dynamométriques, manomètres numériques ou analogiques Compétences comportementales

Compétences comportementales :

Attentif : D:ans ses vérifications fréquemment liées à la sécurité des trains

Coopératif : Au sein d’une équipe ou il faut souvent être à plusieurs pour réaliser une tache

Organisé et autonome : Pour réaliser en sécurité et en temps, les opérations de maintenance

Rigoureux : - Pour s’occuper du dispositif de frein qui doit rester efficace en toutes circonstances
