En Enertis Applus+ estamos buscando un/a Project Engineer Nivel II – Eléctrico para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Ingeniería Colombia, con base en oficina y dando soporte técnico regional a proyectos utility-scale de fotovoltaica, BESS, subestaciones MT/AT y líneas de evacuación.

La persona seleccionada actuará como referente técnico eléctrico regional, participando en la revisión y validación de ingenierías, estudios eléctricos, interconexión, pruebas FAT/SAT y soporte al comisionamiento y energización de proyectos.

Reportará directamente a Ricardo Torres, Project Manager del Departamento de Ingeniería Colombia.

🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Revisar y validar ingenierías eléctricas básicas y de detalle, planos, especificaciones y documentación IFC.
  • Definir y revisar criterios de diseño relacionados con puesta a tierra, apantallamiento, protecciones y sistemas eléctricos.
  • Participar en estudios eléctricos de flujo de carga, cortocircuito, coordinación de protecciones, armónicos y estabilidad.
  • Dar soporte técnico en proyectos de interconexión, verificando requisitos del operador de red y Código de Red.
  • Revisar especificaciones técnicas y participar en la evaluación técnica de equipos y ofertas.
  • Participar en FAT/SAT, pruebas de protecciones, pruebas eléctricas y validación de equipos BESS/PCS.
  • Dar soporte técnico durante comisionamientos, energizaciones y resolución de incidencias.
  • Gestionar y responder RFIs, notas técnicas y no conformidades, asegurando la trazabilidad documental.
  • Participar en Technical Due Diligence, revisando documentación, equipos, riesgos técnicos e interoperabilidad de sistemas.
  • Coordinar aspectos técnicos con EPCs, fabricantes, operadores de red y otros equipos de proyecto.
  • Realizar visitas puntuales a sitio durante fases críticas de los proyectos.

🎯 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos talento, no la perfección. Si crees que puedes aportar al equipo, aunque tu perfil no encaje al 100%, queremos conocerte:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica o Electromecánica.
  • 4–6 años de experiencia en proyectos de generación renovable, BESS o subestaciones. Se valorará especialmente experiencia en proyectos utility-scale.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de sistemas eléctricos, protecciones, puesta a tierra, subestaciones e interconexión.
  • Experiencia con herramientas como DIgSILENT, ETAP o PSS®E, así como AutoCAD y Excel avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de normativa y estándares aplicables, especialmente RETIE/NTC, IEC, IEEE y NEC.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en FAT/SAT, comisionamiento y energización.
  • Se valorará experiencia en integración PV-BESS, BMS/PCS, SCADA e IEC 61850/Modbus.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio-alto para la interacción con fabricantes y equipos internacionales.
  • Capacidad para analizar problemas técnicos, elaborar documentación y defender criterios de ingeniería.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes regionales puntuales y estancias breves en sitio.
