About the role

We are excited to offer a business opportunity as an Executive Search Consultant specializing in healthcare leadership recruitment. What you'll do

  • Identify, attract, and recruit top healthcare leadership talent for client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives and clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and manage the interview process.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Manage your own book of business, including business development and client management.

What we're seeking

Must have

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow your own business.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Proven experience in executive search or healthcare leadership recruitment is preferred, but not required.
