No time de Tesouraria, você fará parte da frente responsável por garantir a consistência dos dados financeiros e a integridade entre o ERP e as instituições bancárias. Sua missão será coordenar a conciliação bancária de ponta a ponta, investigando divergências, gerando visibilidade para stakeholders internos e participando ativamente da validação e testes para novos sistemas e melhorias da área.

No dia a dia você irá:

  • Realizar e acompanhar a conciliação bancária de empresas do grupo, garantindo qualidade, prazo e consistência das informações.
  • Atuar no fechamento financeiro mensal, com foco em entrega dentro do prazo, investigação de divergências e reporte dos principais desvios.
  • Identificar causas raiz de problemas recorrentes em conciliação, integrações, baixas, lançamentos e saldos bancários.
  • Acompanhar pendências junto a Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, Contabilidade, Departamento Pessoal, bancos e TI, garantindo alinhamento e resolução dos temas.
  • Contribuir para a evolução de ferramentas e dashboards, incluindo validação de informações em plataformas como Metabase ou planilhas.
  • Documentar processos, fluxos, controles e aprendizados, reduzindo dependência de conhecimento informal.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

  • Experiência em Tesouraria, Conciliação Bancária, Contabilidade, Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber (ou áreas financeiras correlatas).
  • Execução de rotinas de fechamento financeiro e conciliação bancária.
  • Análise, investigação e tratamento de divergências financeiras e causas raiz.
  • Gestão e acompanhamento de prazos, pendências, controles e demandas operacionais.
  • Interface com áreas internas, instituições bancárias, TI e times de projetos.
  • Domínio intermediário de Excel ou Google Sheets.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com ERPs como SAP 4HANA e Oracle.
  • Conhecimento em SQL ou interesse em desenvolver análises de dados.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI, como Metabase ou similares.
  • Vivência com cash pooling, integração bancária, automação de conciliação ou ferramentas de Tesouraria.
